Refund policy
At SportsPrintStudios, every print is produced to order, giving each piece a premium, freshly created finish made especially for you. While our products are made uniquely for each customer, we understand that sometimes things change. This policy outlines how returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds work at SportsPrintStudios.
Unwanted Returns (28-Day Return Window)
We offer a 28-day return period for unwanted items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in its original condition

Be returned in original packaging

Not be used, marked, or damaged

Include proof of purchase

Be initiated within 28 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund using your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. This includes:

Prints damaged in transit

Incorrect items received

Quality issues not caused by customer handling

Once approved, we will print and ship a new item at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Because our products are made to order and enter production quickly, cancellation options are limited.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@sportsprintstudios.com with your name and order number.
After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer possible, as your order will either be in production or with our fulfilment team. Once delivered, you may still return the item under our 28-day returns policy.
Changing Delivery Addresses
You may request an address change within 12 hours of ordering by emailing support@sportsprintstudios.com.
After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee changes. If the courier deems the address insufficient or incorrect, the parcel may be returned and safely disposed of, and the customer will need to place a new order.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalised prints

Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

Digital products (if applicable), once delivered
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the required conditions.
Wrong Delivery Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned or disposed of by the courier, a replacement can only be issued by placing a new order at the customer's expense. Refunds cannot be issued for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
Returning Goods
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning unwanted items.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Please contact support@sportsprintstudios.com before returning any goods so we can provide the correct return address based on your region.
Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
International Returns & Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and any customs, duties, or import fees incurred when returning items. These fees are not reimbursed by SportsPrintStudios.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. Unwanted items can be returned for a refund, and a new order may be placed separately.
