Our Artwork & Original Designs

All artwork sold by SportsPrintStudios consists of original designs created exclusively by or for SportsPrintStudios.

Our prints are:

  • Independent artistic interpretations of sports, moments, venues and themes

  • Created from scratch by designers, illustrators and creatives

  • Not direct reproductions of photographs, broadcast material, club logos or official branding

We invest significant effort into ensuring that our work is creative, transformative and respectful of existing intellectual property.

Unofficial & Unaffiliated Designs

SportsPrintStudios is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the following, unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Professional or amateur sports clubs

  • Leagues, governing bodies or sporting organisations

  • Individual athletes or public figures

  • Brands, manufacturers or sponsors

Any names, references or recognisable elements that may appear in product titles or descriptions are used purely for descriptive and identification purposes (for example, to help customers understand what event or location an artwork is inspired by).

Our artwork is intended as fan-made, independent creative work, not official merchandise.

Respect for Copyright & Trademarks

We aim to ensure that our designs do not intentionally infringe any third-party copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

If an infringement ever occurs, it is:

  • Completely accidental and unintentional

  • Something we are committed to correcting quickly

Any content identified as infringing will be reviewed promptly and, where appropriate, removed or amended without delay.

4. A clear statement, in good faith, that you believe the material in question infringes your rights or the rights of your client/organisation, and that you are legally authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

5. A confirmation that the information you have provided is accurate and truthful, to the best of your knowledge.

How You May Use Our Artwork

When you purchase a product from SportsPrintStudios, you are buying a physical item (or, where applicable, a personal-use licence for digital artwork), not the underlying copyright.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or scan our artwork for resale or distribution

  • Use our designs on merchandise, products, or for any commercial purpose

  • Use our artwork in logos, branding, or other trademarks

  • Sell digital or printed copies of our designs

You may:

  • Display the print in your home, office or personal space

  • Share photos of your purchased artwork on social media, provided SportsPrintStudios is credited where reasonable (e.g. tagging us or mentioning our name in the caption)

All copyrights and intellectual property in the original artwork remain with SportsPrintStudios or its licensors.
